My mission

My name is Agata Szymańska.

I am a clinical dietitian, chocolate lover and diet culture dropout.

I help people struggling with emotional eating, who want to change their eating habits after many unsuccessful attempts, start eating more plant-based and relearn a healthy relationship with food.

With knowledge gained over 5 years of clinical dietetics studies and experience after almost 8 years on a plant-based diet and 4 years after recovering from an eating disorder, I will help you with emotional eating and the transition to a more plant-based diet.


My goal is to teach you to eat intuitively and free you from dieting all the time. I want to show you how enjoyable eating can be without thinking about calories or dietary restrictions.
