All green salad
*2 tablespoons of broadbeans
*tablespoon of greenpeas
*50 g of tofu ( I used one with basil)
*table spoon of pumpkin seeds
*half of avocado
-2 teaspoons of peanut butter
-2teaspoons of lemon juice
-pinch of salt
Make tagliatelle like stripes out of cucumber with peeer.
Cut avocado and tofu into pieces.
Drain broadbeans and green peas.
Put everything into a bowl.
On a dry pan put pumpkin seeds and roast until they start to become puffing.
Sprinkle them on top of salad.
In a little cup mix together peanut butter with lemon juice.
Gradually add water until becomes thin as a sauce.
