Super simple cashew granola bars

Cashew granola bars


75g of cashews

cup of oats

cup of raisins

pinch of cnnamon

pinch of salt

Making :

On a dry pan roast cashews and oats until start to be lightly brown.

I you have a food proccesor blend everything together.

If you're using hand blender blend oats and cashews first, than separately raisins and join together.

On half of pergamine paper shit put out the dough, so you can fold the pergamine in half.

With a roller pin out the the so it's about 2-3 cm thick. Cut into pieces in a shape of usual granola bars. Wrap them in pergamine paper you used or just store in a box.

Store in a fridge.

Should last at least up to a week.
