Chocolate Hanuta Tarte

Chocolate Hanuta Tarte

Presenting chocolate tarte that was created with a technique 'let's see if it works out'. I used ingredients that always go well together, and this time turned out that I created vegan, almost gluten free version of Hanuta.

:

Ingrdients:

Filling:

- 150g dark chocolate

-200ml canned coconut milk

-200g dates

-glass of chopped walnuts or hazelnuts

-teaspoon of coconut oil

Crust:

-glass of peanuts or walnuts

-200g dates

-100g dark chocolate

-glass of oats

-tablespoon of coconut oil

Making:

Crust:

-If you're using dried dates soak them in water for 2-3 hours or just for 15 minutes but in hot water.

-When they'll get soft blend them into a smooth paste. You can blend them in 2 batches separately.

-Oats and nuts roast on a dry pan until lightly brown. Preferably in a food processor blend them together into small pieces but not too small. Don't turn them into flour.

-In a small pot or water bath melt chocolate with coconut oil.

-I a big bawl mix together oats with nuts, chocolate and date paste.

-In a silicone form or normal one layered with baking paper, form the crust into a tarte shape, higher sides.

-Put into the fridge.

Filling:

In a a small pot melt chocolate with coconut milk and coconut oil.

Mix it with date paste and chopped walnuts.

Pour it onto the crust and put back into the fridge for about 2 hours.

After that you can take it out, decorate and keep outside the fridge.

Enjoy!
