Whole Grain Granola
Ingredients:
100g of Buckwheat groats not roasted
Cup of Oats
Cup of Millet puffed
Cup of Dates
50 g of dark Chocolate
Making:
Soak dates at least for an hour, the more the better, in cold water.
Melt chocolate in a bowl set over the boiling pot of water, stiring every few minutes, until melted.
Drain dates from water, blend until smooth and combine with melted chocolate.
Put buckwheat into a bowl and pour boiling water on it. Drain after 2-3 minutes. Repeat it two more times.
Throw buckwheat, oats and millet and mix well, so everything is covered with dates and chocolate mix.
Set oven to 180 degrees.
Put granola on the baking tray with baking paper on it.
Bake for 15 minutes mixing every 5 minutes so its baked evenly and doesn't get burned.
