Post workout dark chocolate bars

Here I present you with a perfect snack that will satisfy you right after you workout.

Heart, crunchy and packed with everything you need.

Both buckwheat, walnuts and peanuts are full of protein and healthy fats, you'll also get some heart carbohydrates, fiber to satisfy you and loads of vitamins and minerals. Adding dark chocolate also provides you with antioxidants that will aid in post workout recovery.

Basically all you need in form of chocolate bar- a dream come true.

Ingredients:

dark chocolate bar 70%

4 tablespoons of peanut butter

cup of unroasted buckwheat groats

cup of walnuts

2 handfuls of dried apricots

Soak buckwheat groats in hot water for 10-15 minutes until they soften and strain in cold water.

Melt chocolate in a bowl placed over pot with boiling water.

When it's melted combine wit peanut butter.

Cut apricots and walnuts into pieces.

Add all dry ingredients into the bowl with chocolate and stir until everything is covered in chocolate.

Put it an a tray, I used 20cmx20cm but any other will do. Make it about 3-4 cm high. Make it even and put into a fridge until gets solid.

Cut into bar shapes and enjoy.
