Chicky spaghetti

Chicky spaghetti

Super simple spaghetti recipie that makes you feel like italian, as if you can cook :)

Ingredients:

spaghetti of your choice approx. 60g per person ( use your usual amount)

2 big tomatoes

garlic- 2 cloves

salt - pinch

pepper , chilli- pinch

olive oil- teaspoon

chickpeas- half a can

nutritional yeast- as much you want ( 2+1 tablespoons)

tofu- 90g

fresh basil- handfull

*makes about 2 portions

Making:

Turn the water for pasta.

Heat up olive oil on the stove, chop tomatos into pieces and throw on the oil.

Add minced garlic. Wait 10-15 minutes until tomatoes turn into sauce like consistency. Add chickpeas, about 2 tablespoons of nutritional yeast, salt and pepper.

In the meantime cook pasta, best if al dente.

On a little pan fry tofu cut into squares. Turn them on all sides until golden brown.

Serve pasta with sauce and tofu garnished with some fresh basil and nutritional yeast.
