Yogurt pancakes

Ingredients: on the cake * half a cup of rye flour * 4 tbsp soy yogurt * soy milk 1/2 cup * rapeseed oil a teaspoon * poppy seeds 2 tbsp

additives * pomegranate / fresh fruit * dark chocolate

Mix the flour with the rest of the ingredients for the dough. Fry in a preheated pan without oil anymore, in a size so that you can fry 3-4 smaller fritters at the same time. Turn over as bubbles appear on the surface.

Serve with chocolate chunks and pomegranate.
